To upgrade/downgrade your dedicated server, you first need to make sure of the following
1- Your current dedicated server will expire within 7 days of your upgrade request
2- To take full backup of your files as we will need to termiante the current to allow you to place your upgrade order
Please note, that you wont be able to initiate the uprgade process if your are not in the last 7 days before it expires.
If all these conditions met, please follow these step to place the upgrade process.
To upgrade/downgrade you will need to login to your client area > My services > View details and place an upgrade/downgrade request.
