All the mails to example.com will
come to default mailbox.

the default mail address for example.com is example@example.com
also all the mails coming to example.com will come to this  default mail box 
unless it is specified otherwise. also mails addresses with names of sales, info, billing, webmaster,
techsupport, or support and anything@example.com
abc@example.com
xyz@example.com
will also go to the default mail account.

Therefore for e.g if you would like to create
an account as info@example.com just create an
account called info with reply to address being
info@example.com

1.  How to set a new email account in Microsoft Outlook Express: -


2. In your Microsoft Outlook Express in Tools<menu>, Accounts<option>


3. In internet Accounts options Select the Mail<Tab>,Click on Add<Button>, Select Mail...<Option>

In Internet Connection Wizard : -Display name Type your name e.g. Rajesh, John Smith 


5. In Internet Connection Wizard: - On E-mail address:<field> Type your Full Email ID (i.e. info@domaintotal.com) for Which Email you are creating this profile.

 


6. In My incoming mail sever select POP3 <option> from the list. Then select your 
domain name as eg: (domaintotal.com)
In your Outgoing Mail SMTP (Simple mail Transfer Protocols) server: Give your 
ISP's (your Internet Service Provider) Outgoing Mail SMTP Server name 


7. On Internet Mail Logon :-Account name <field> give your Username i.e. info, sales , register
OR Username given by webmaster (for your mail for which you are setting up new account 
in your Outlook Express.)
In Password:<filed>: -Give your password for the above account
Click the check box below password <field> (so it will not ask the password while sending 
& receiving the mails with this email account

 


8. Now select the option to connect to Internet :- Select

I will establish my Internet  connection manually (If your Internet connection is already set)

 


9. Click on Finish <button>Now set up for your new mail account is successfully completed 

 


10. Now Click on Close<button>

11. Now whenever you want to download the mails
Click on Tools<menu> Send and Receive<option> and Select the account for which you 
want to download the emails. Or click Send and Receive button on the toolbar.

 

POP address will be example.com
SMTP address will be example.com
[but it is advisable to use your ISP (VSNL,Satyam,Mantra etc.) SMTP address]
Therefore for e.g if you would like to create an account as info@example.com just create an
account called info with reply to address being info@example.com
